Will my progress be saved?
Your answers are saved to your signed-in account. Check the save status before closing the site, particularly if your connection drops. Sign in with the same account when you return.
How does the incorrect question bank work?
A wrong first answer enters your bank straight away. Choose a topic to retry its questions. A correct retry turns its topic progress green; you can keep it for practice or choose “Remove from incorrect section”. Your original performance score stays unchanged.
I cannot sign in. What should I do?
If you have just registered, check your inbox and spam folder for the confirmation email. Use “Forgot password?” on the sign-in screen if needed. If you are still stuck, email us with the address you registered with. Never send your password.
How do I report a question or missing resource?
Email the topic, question number and source label shown above the question, along with what seems wrong. A screenshot can help. Questions marked as incomplete or unscored do not count as correct or incorrect.
